Key and Access Card Requests
Use the key and access request form new window.
All requests must be approved in the request system by your department before they can be processed. You will be notified via email when your request has been approved and a work order has been created. Once the work order is complete, you will receive an email letting you know it was completed, and that you need to pickup a key, along with instructions on where and how to retrieve the key.
Please allow 3-5 business days for all work orders to be processed.
If you need a new/replacement proximity card you can stop by the Public Safety office on any campus to have a new college ID made. This ID will function as your proximity card and all access you previously had will transfer to your new ID.
